I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Palms Tulum Condo and found out that I had been upgraded to an entire apartment. It was incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The free use of bikes was a bonus and made exploring the area even more enjoyable.

Reasonably spacious apartment with great location and staff so close to a big supermarket, car rentals company and many restaurants and the beach. Clean swimming pool. The breakfast is simple, with quesadillas and also fixings for grilled cheese sandwiches. Helpful and genuinely helpful staff ensured a wonderful stay for the town of Tulum.

I liked the apartment even though some things didn't work.

We were in a spacious apartment close to huge supermarket.

The rooms were large and well-appointed, with comfortable mattresses and functioning TVs and air conditioners. The location was convenient and within walking distance to central Tulum. The staff, including the front desk, manager, and cleaning people, provided excellent care and service.

Nothing it is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at Palms Tulum Condo! The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate the city and gave great recommendations for local attractions. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. The pool in the courtyard was refreshing, and I had no issues with power outages or weak Wi-Fi like some other places. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tulum.

We had an amazing stay at a condo in Tulum. the staff at Palms were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. They provided free bikes for us to explore the town and nearby attractions, such as the beach and Mayan ruins. the condo itself exceeded our expectations with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing our simple meals using local produce. the maid service was outstanding, not only putting away our groceries but also keeping the kitchen spotless. the location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and plenty of great food choices in the area. we highly recommend Palms Tulum Condo for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.
